Is Newt Gingrich surging in South Carolina?

Talk radio seems to think so, judging from the blanket coverage given to Gingrich for much of the day Tuesday by Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity and other radio hosts for what they widely deemed to be his stellar performance in Monday’s televised debate.
