cheaper, stronger and readily available to teens.

Item: Current president of
Colombia has called for legalization of MJ to help his country
and mostly Mexico. Former President of Mexico - Vicente Fox -
calls for legalization of all drugs to destroy the cartels
and that helps Mexico.
Item: Many states have or are in
planning stages to reduce drug sentences to reduce prison
population. Kentucky is good example.
