Long-time listeners/readers/viewers of mine will be very familiar with the old "conspiracy theorist" smear and how it is used to stop any would-be truth seekers from questioning the official explanation of contentious events. Global Economy: Between A Rock And A Hard Place

Well, it's official: "Japan Inc." is now "Bank of Japan Inc."
Oh, OK, not officially official, but just about. As the Nikkei Asian Review reports, the Bank of Japan (BOJ) is now a top-10 shareholder in a whopping 40% of the listed companies in the country. That's right, having purchased 25 trillion yen ($227 billion) worth of exchange-traded funds in the past eight years, Japan's central bank is now one of the top 10 shareholders in 1,446 out of 3,735 companies listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
So what does this all mean?
Well, if you're Japanese it means your central bank is creating (as one Japan-based asset manager puts it) "a new form of financial socialism" from which "[n]obody can see a smooth exit strategy."
But more broadly, the economic pickle that Japan finds itself in right now is merely a small-scale example of the dilemma that the global economy is facing. Caught between the low-interest global liquidity trap and the high-interest global debt trap. Caught between the globalist "free trade" nightmare and the emerging trade war/hot war nightmare. Caught between the expansion of a predatory system that is designed to drain the wealth of the average worker and the collapse of that system, which will assuredly drain the wealth of the average worker.
The straits between these economic rocks and hard places couldn't be any narrower. It's enough to make Scylla and Charybdis look like a cakewalk.

America is in a funk. With their country slipping into an economic and cultural morass and at risk of losing its footing on the global chessboard, Americans find themselves working harder than ever and still falling further and further behind. How can this be?
Flailing for an answer, they find it in the mouth of a politician who tells them he can make America great again! The problem, he tells them, is a trade imbalance. Americans are getting hammered by their foreign competition, the politician says, and they need strong tariffs to save the economy and restore the might of the USA. But these tariffs, it turns out, outrage even friendly nations and provoke retaliatory measures that spiral into an all-out trade war.
2018? Donald Trump?
No. 1930. Senator Reed Smoot.

Judy A. Mikovits, PhD has spent her life training to be a research scientist to honor her grandfather who died of cancer when she was a teenager. Dr. Mikovits earned her BA from University of Virginia and PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from George Washington University. On July 22, 2009, a special meeting was held with twenty-four leading scientists at the National Institutes of Health to discuss early findings that a newly discovered retrovirus was linked to chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), prostate cancer, lymphoma, and eventually neurodevelopmental disorders in children.

Part 1 – I open this series with what was without a doubt the most exciting news from Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.
Del says: Here is what took place. Bobby Kennedy and I, and a group of people, as I pointed out, went to the National Institutes of Health (NIH) to meet. It was set up by Donald Trump. We had the opportunity to talk to the heads of our health departments and explain what issues we had.
We looked into the eyes of these people, staring right into their eyes, and they had no response to the lack of safety testing, to the fact that they don't have a surveillance system, to the fact that their own surveillance system that we're talking about, capturing adverse vaccine events, is in their own words, unreliable, because it only captures less than 1% of the total injuries.
There were 59,711 reported injuries in 2016. So, if we're to take HHS' 1 % word for it, the people we were sitting across the table from, that means there could have been 5.9 million vaccine injuries in America in one year alone.
Does that mean the 432 deaths that were reported become 43,200 deaths? These were the conversations Bobby Kennedy and our team were having as we left that meeting. How do we trust Health and Human Services?
And why does it matter?
The truth is it wouldn't matter if this was like any other product in the world. If it was a car seat or an airbag, or a drug, we would simply have a tort law system where my child got injured, I saw it with my own eyes, and I'm going to sue your ass off. And because I can sue your ass off, you're going to make a better product.
That's how this world works.
For everybody out there, that's why this used to be a great country. Your product hurts me, I sue you, you lose money, therefore you go back to the drawing board and make a better product. The only problem is that in 1986 we passed the Vaccine Injury Compensation Act, often referred to as VICA.

"Effective July 16, the clearinghouse will no longer house the repository of 'guidelines' that are often used to direct physicians on the care of their patients.
The end of this federal repository of treatment protocols is not only a monetary savings for the country, but also keeps the government officials from using its power and influence to direct the practice of medicine. http://ow.ly/Me4w30kDtHk
The decision to defund this clearinghouse takes away one element of control that can be imposed by electronic health records.
Doctors are often tracked by their adherence to these and other standardized treatment protocols as a way to measure the so-called 'quality' of their practice and their treatment decisions – which is at the core of the controversial 'evidence-based medicine' philosophy.
They experience "penalties for 'going outside the lines' despite making the best decisions for their patients.
Therefore, the end of this taxpayer-funded clearinghouse is good for patients and doctors."
The Citizens' Council for Health Freedom praised the move to close the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality's National Guidelines Clearinghouse.

PROGRESS FOR THE REASON BELOW
Shutting down the AHCPR is long overdue. It's nothing more than a thinly-veiled vehicle for pharma to exert control over both the practice of medicine and medical research. So-called "medical practice guidelines" invariably serve the business plan and marketing needs of pharma. Whereas, we the public are the "real" stakeholders" in healthcare delivery, not the global pharmaceutical consortium (cartel).

Many government regulators have rejected a link between the active ingredient in Roundup -- glyphosate -- and cancer. Monsanto has vehemently denied such a connection, saying hundreds of studies have established that glyphosate is safe.
[James Grundvig: Yes, gov't regulators, agencies and politicians have been paid by lobbyists to "reject" cancer claims.]
"The scientific evidence is overwhelming that glyphosate-based products do not cause cancer and did not cause Mr. Johnson's cancer," Lombardi said during his opening statement.
The trial is expected to last about a month. Johnson is seeking unspecified damages against Monsanto.
If it loses this battle, Monsanto and its new corporate parent, German chemical giant Bayer, which closed its $60 billion acquisition earlier this month, could face billions in lost revenue. Monsanto doesn't break out sales of glyphosate, Roundup delivered $4.8 billion in revenue in 2015. In its latest fiscal year, Monsanto cited higher global sales of glyphosate for helping lift total revenue by 8 percent.
