Carlos Miller
Carlos comes back on the show to discuss the worsening
police state, and what he is personally doing to
combat it as a photographer
Carlos Miller is a multimedia
journalist who has been arrested three times for recording cops in
public. He's beaten two of those cases, including a resisting arrest
conviction that he had reversed on appeal, pro se. Carlos is in the process of fighting a third arrest in which police deleted his video of the arrest that he managed to recover. Carlos documents some of the most absurd cases against photographers
over the last few years. He is the creator of Photography Is Not A Crime
blog (2007)
March, 2010 - PINAC won S Florida Sun-Sentinel Best of Blog Award for "Best Overall Blog", beating almost 200 other local blogs.

Friday Night Pending Keynote Speaker: Ron Paul (FREE event!)
Dr. Paul has served America in the U.S. House of Representatives
since 1975 and has consistently voted for a limited government,
constitutional principles, diplomacy over war, sound monetary policy,
and freedom.
Dr. Paul has shown an intimate understanding of the economy and was
the only member of Congress that foresaw and warned of the current
economic collapse. |
