US cancelling Afghanistan's debt to you so they can borrow more of your dollars

[Suckers!!!!] The US will cancel all debt owed to it by Afghanistan, which amounts to about $108 million. Such a move would boost Afghanistan's trade, investment and other economic ties with its major creditors.
