He walks her yard, where, as any reasonable person might suspect, one of her dogs growls at the sight of a stranger poking around. The cop takes out his gun and shoots the dog dead while the woman's two-year-old son watches from 20 feet away

An example of just another ignorant sheriff not instructing his deputies of their sworn oath of office. A shame they are called cops,for they are not , they are elected by the people to protect the rights of the people. Cops are appointed and have no such obligation.
Again it is a shame they are acting like cops, so they are called cops, how disgusting they have sunk so low !
The Sheriff Dept WAS our last defence against unlawful acts in our counties.Now it's up to us as individuals to protect ourselves,as it should be, and was at one time.They give us NO choice !

Day by Day the Police remind us of just how stupid they are.
IT`s very east to have a I Q that will disqualify one for police work...and it shows.
