The human compulsion to lead, and the human compulsion to follow will always be expressed in religion and the state. I believe these people are good honest people who have no idea of the evil they do, or how lazy they are intellectually. The state will be held in check only when religion is also held in check on an individual basis. Atheism is built. Most people who claim to be atheists are mainly angry followers or leaders, they still think like believers and look at the wold as a believer does. Until society fosters a constructive form of atheism, humanity will continue to be bound to religion and the state.
