Got a good color scanner? Run off a couple $20 bills. What's another couple hundred in this mess? You need liquidity, too, don't you?

Thanks Jack. I was discussing the $700B bailout with someone last night. I mentioned that it was actually $850B. Then I told him the bill was a smokescreen, because while this was getting press the amount actually printed up (really or electronically) was around $2.3T.

This guy clearly thought I was a kook, particularly when I told him they had in effect spent a year's budget in a five week period...and were fishing to spend another $250B. The never ending well...until you hit bottom.
