Five days have passed since a BART police officer shot and killed an unarmed rider on a station platform, but the officer has not given a statement to investigators about what happened and the transit agency has apparently not forced him to do so.

Pass laws making it illegal to video or photograph anyone without their permission -- for the people or children of course.

Make any crime video shot illegal to publish, distribute, etc. without government permission.

Make it a crime to not turn over all copies of any crime, possible crime videoed immediately over to authoritays.

Yup that should do it.

The real question is...
Has stuff like this been happening all along for the last 50 years all over the country, but only coming to light in the last decade or so, because of all the easy communications out there?

A second question...
Are the powers that be going to get communications shut down soon just to protect themselves? Back to pre-Civil-War-days low technology?

Who can really tell for sure, but it looks like an execution. Must have been other motives - perhaps cops on the take or a stoolie gone bad (bad info-wise, that is, in a dangerous-to-cops way).
