Yeah I caught that. What did she say? 98% of all banks are well capitalized? Based on what? Their cooked books and puffed up balance sheets full of toxic crap they won't let get marked to market?

Are the banks that lost 20-50% of their common-stock value in the last 2 days "well capitalized" too?
