I wrote Senator Allen who replied with this retort. I then went to http://www.votesmart.org/voting_category.php?can_id=3050 to find her views on gun legislation. Please note that she avoids stating ANY comment on gun law, and instead writes: "Sir, I do not sit on the Retirement and Rural Development Committee so will not be offering any amendment in this committee. This amendment was on a bill that was previously scheduled in the Commerce and Economic Committee but the bill was reassigned; therefore, circumstances have changed. I have no amendment in the Retirement and Rural Development Committee as I, again, am not a member of this committee. Carolyn S. Allen State Senator, District 8 Arizona State Senate "
nice to know that these bills change hands as quickly as beat-up federal reserve note.

Does a property owner have the right to forbid anyone from carrying a gun onto their property? How about forbidding their employees from carrying a gun onto their property? Even property with public access? What liability concerns might a business have with an employee's firearm in the car of an employee sitting in their parking lots?
