Well, I am not a veteran, but I am an American and proud to be one.  I revere our Constitution and our now nearly destroyed Republic. Obama is just another in a chain of destroyers of our Constutition and our nation.  Forget parties, forget personalities and look at the move to socialism and greater government control over our individual lives and property. There is virtually no difference between Bush I, Clinton, Bush II, and now Obama.  It would not have been any different with McCain. They are all puppets, all marching to the same tune, all destroying this nation.  Open your eyes to the truth, then you can be part of the solution.

Well, I am a white 76 y/o Korean and Vietnam veteran...I  too believe in the Constitution, and I say Obama is President of the USA and deserves more respect. He has much more credibilty than GW Bush!

I'm a 78 yr.old Korean Veteran of OUR Country and I am a Strong Believer in OUR Constitution and according to OUR Laws in OUR Country, NO one is Above the Law. Not even an Illegal Arab African Imposter, Posing as an African American and Occupying OUR Whitehouse and Acting like He OWNS IT. This Still OUR Country and we WILL TAKE IT BACK. I don't like the Palestinians being paid to come here and I don't like This Illegal President supporting this Islamis Convention and Uprising in OUR Country.

I saw this story some time ago, and as I recall the wording of the executive order was specifically about presidential records. Obama's birth certificate isn't a presidential record, and didn't become one retroactively upon his inauguration. I just don't think this order deals with the birth certificate or related records at all.

The executive order is directed towards "the archivist," who I don't believe is the same thing as a Hawaiian hospital administrator.
