Well, if you live in the State of NJ, then this will come as no surprise to you as the residents of that state have been paying tax on their toilet paper for many years now and not just 3%. 

Having said that, for years now,  I've been saying that the day will come when the government legislates how many times we can go to the bathroom and what brand of toilet paper to use...well, I'm not surprised to see that we're on our way to that...

forgive my language tender readers but what we got here is a shit tax.
