Food control and health care have been around for a long time - at least as far back as when the healthcare industry lied about using non-virgin coconut oil in the tests where they claimed they were using virgin coconut oil - like back in the 1930s. 

The result has been all the trans fats and hydrogenated vegetable oils that have been found on the markets these recent years. It's only lately that trans fats are being removed - as an effort for health care to cover its lying tracks. 

But, it's too late for us now. We have been and still are consuming these poisons by the loads. We are sick from what these poisons are doing to our bodies - and minds. 

So why do we keep listening to health care? Our feeble minded elderly family members don't know where to turn. They believed the lies in the first place. And they still believe them. And we are following in their footsteps. 

Our whole nation would be a whole lot healthier if we just simply dumped healthcare and started taking care of our family members ourselves. And then, if we would only learn the benefits of proper nutritional care and suplimentation, we could stay or become healthy and bring health back to our elderly. 

I know. I know. It's work. But if we don't start now, our kids will do the same to us some day.
