Clearly, MD is a State that needs a Castle Doctrine Law - and a Shall Issue Law! Clearly, by the deceased record, paper laws had not worked. Clearly, as State, whose legislators vote as if a paper law will deter criminals more than permitting its law-abiding citizens to have the means of self-protection against that element of our society that ignores those paper laws, it is collectively blinded by the walls of its citizens' colons. Withdraw your eyes, Citizens of Maryland, and take responsibility for your own self-defense! If you are dead, you won't even see the police making a report of your demises.

Filing charges, huh?  What are they gonna accuse him:  flagrant self-defense?

 This young man deserves at least a silver medal for  courageously defending his person &  home from an habitual criminal.
