The most dangerous moron is the one that hides behind a badge and cowboy boots.  And it's funny that it would be in Texas of all places where they ticket drivers for not speaking English, last I checked, they don't speak English either and their lord, master and fearless leader, Bush, proved that beyond a shadow of a doubt.
