Freeway sunroof speeder caught on camera
• East Valley TribuneA 25-year-old Chandler man was arrested Thursday nearly two months after being caught by speed photo enforcement cameras standing through the sunroof of his car while speeding along the Santan Freeway stretch of Loop 202 and the westbound U.S. 60 in Mesa.

One of the joys of riding a motorcycle is the effect of 'wind in your face and bugs in your teeth'.
I guess this poor numb-nutz can't afford or isn't bold enough to ride a crotch-rocket, and darn sure not smart enough to wear a mask for the camera - or maby it's his way of telling Rediflex and the money grubbing State to go f*#k off.
