'Freedom bills' push state's rights

OLYMPIA -- A group of Republican lawmakers have banded together at the state Capitol to assert Washington's right to govern itself without federal interference. They've joined a "10th Amendment" movement also embraced by Tea Party supporters that claims the federal government has overreached the powers given to it in the Constitution.
