Actually, there is no unemployment. It is simply employment change.

First you are employed at a nice steady job that pays the bills, keeps food on the table, and allows for free time and entertainment.

Then you are employed at keeping yourself from starving to death... by whatever means are available. Not unemployment. Rather, job change.

 Only 11%?  Could things be getting better in spite our fearless leaders stupidity?
