If these uppity local lawmakers keep playing these kind of stunts, they're going to have to shut down the internet before everybody gets these kinda ideas.

Of course, didn't South Carolina just pass legislation mandating you register with the government if you belong to a subversive organization?  I hope this person will register himself, else he's likely to be carted away.
