Such Bullshit! These are the same people and newspaper that was telling everyone in Phoenix in the newspaper and on the radio (we did a 4 person in studio on Charles Goyette's show with these guys) telling anyone that would listen that the Real Estate market was fine. blah blah blah. These guys are just shills for the developers. Our problems are so fundamental that no amount of bullshit is going to change what is to come.
