If the President (first, if he really is the President) does something that is illegal or wrong, and the Congress doesn't convict him, it is the duty of the States to convict him.

If any Government Official acts outside of his authority, either in carrying out his duties or in not carrying them out, he is not acting as a Governmental Official. Legal action should be taken.

Lets play a game called countries it will be fun. You go rob from your neighbors and declare all land within a hundred miles, "Hell" then demand that no one inside Hell can come or go without your permission. Further demand that all entering Hell must bow down and lick your boots for the privilege of moving about the face of earth. Then declare all born in Hell to be your subjects to be ruled for their own safety what a marvelous place this Hell will become.
