Legal Fund Established to Fight Imprisonment of Accused WikiLeaks Whistleblower [Please Contribute!]

Washington D.C., July 27, 2010 – At 4PM EST on July 27, the Bradley Manning Support Network (www.bradleymanning.org) will begin accepting online donations for the legal defense of Private First Class Bradley Manning.

The Network, a grassroots initiative formed to defend and support accused whistleblower Pfc. Bradley Manning, has partnered with Courage to Resist, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting military objectors.

He is pretty much humped, if you can believe accounts: 

1.  It will be a military trial.

2.  He proudly spilled his guts.

3.  His intermediary Mr. MIT -- also very foolishly -- spilled his guts.  [He needed a lawyer too.  Don't know if he is smart enough to know this.  I just hope he didn't say a single incorrect thing to these government goons, and they didn't lie about what was said.  Most people are convicted of lying to a government agent in federal criminal trial.  Often the only charge.  Never, ever talk to the authorities.]

4.  He made a lot of powerful people look very foolish, vain, lying, etc.  By a 22 year old.  They want revenge.  They want WikiLeaks literally dead.  They want someone middle aged to hold up to the world for demonstration purposes, but they only got a 22 year old Lady Gaga bopper.  Not good for him.
