Followers of Christ are rightly distressed about Halloween. There is an alternative: Reformation Day. On October 31, 1517, Martin Luther placed the 95 Theses on the church door at Wittenberg, Germany and unwittingly started the Reformation. This is a liberty event; this was liberty of conscience and was a factor leading to the Declaration of Independence!
