AZTURBO COURT TO CHARGE "USER FEE" OF $6 PER DOCUMENT FILED

11-17-2010 • AZ Supreme Court Administrative Order No. 2010-117

Effective Feb. 1, 2011, following the phased implementation schedule, all attorneys are required to e-file post-initiation civil case documents through AZTurboCourt when filing into the Superior Court in Maricopa County. Fees applicable to e-filing are set forth in the User Fee Schedule and are as follows: $6 will be charged to file any document; $2 to file a stand alone proposed order. WHERE IS THE OUTRAGE???

Insane...I thought that is why people paid taxes so they could have some "benefit". These stooges at government facilities are out of control because they still freaking charge you even though you already paid for it. Classic double dipping!
