A great idea BUT a human right?  I smell something unpleasant here....   If it looks collectivist, walks collectivist, smells collectivist... 

Hmmm maybe its a slippery slope collectivist idea.

Really great idea,but as soon as it troubles "them" it will mysteriously stop functioning and fall on a city incurring $2 billion in lawsuits
