ICLEI CANNOT BE CONSTITUTIONALLY JOINED BY ANY LOCAL GOVERNMENT IN USA!

The Supreme Court held over forty years ago that states cannot have a foreign policy. ICLEI has clear foreign policy goals; it is not consistent with the Constitution to be a member of it. Liberty activists need to continue to campaign until every locality in USA is OUT of ICLEI! Contact local and state representatives and get them to ask for legal opinions from their state attorney general.
