Federal Court: Traffic Stop Does Not Justify Home Entry

• The Newspaper
A three-judge panel considered what happened after police in Sulphur, Oklahoma saw a suspect allegedly driving with faulty taillights on July 23, 2007.

Murray County Deputy Sheriff Craig A. Billings signaled seventeen-year-old Joshua Burchett, who was driving the car, to pull over. Burchett continued on for two blocks, parked in the driveway of his parents' three-bedroom home, ran inside and hid in the bathroom.

This decision comes 5 years later after these nazis commit this atrucity? Gee! They now have permission to sue these bastards? if they can afford to do so? And these is a tremendous difference between winning a law suit and collecting. Again, the justus system is totally insane and out of control concerning these nazi thugs hiding behind a uniform, badge and gun. This is total madness of abuses happening everyday across this country giving these sick twisted nazis immunity on all levels. These bastards should be horse wipped and jailed period, but instead I bet they are still out there plundering, raping and even murdering the people with immunity which has become the status quo across this police state para military land.
