I don't get it. On one hand you have the UN's Agenda 21 going into practice in many states nationwide and then you have a company that says they want to build a waste land of buildings to test something that is really not ever going to be used if the UN gets its way. --- I wonder if this were ever built, then maybe this is the city that a terrorist bomb would go off and the rest of the world is told that there really was thousands of people living there. - Just a thought. The US already used New Mexico as a testing ground for nuclear weapons back in the 40's, 50's and  60's.
