In a bold and treasonous move Arizona Representatives Quayle, Pastor and Franks decide to abandon their oaths of office and declare ware on the American people. According to these the Constitution no longer exists.

I've got news for you: Congress declared war on American citizens in 1913.
It's a little late to be a "warning" anyone. Where the hell has everyone been? I don;t have any kids, so I'll apologize to yours. If they don't accept, I won't be surprised, nor will I think ill of them. If they don't spend what little time they might have left pissing on all of our graves, they haven't been paying attention.
