Iran Threatens to Block Oil Shipments, as U.S. Prepares Sanctions

• New York Times
A senior Iranian official on Tuesday delivered a sharp threat in response to economic sanctions being readied by the United States, saying his country would retaliate against any crackdown by blocking all oil shipments through the Strait of Hormuz, a vital artery for transporting about one-fifth of the world’s oil supply.

I'm just a little more than weary of hearing about what Iran is going to do about anything. We've been kissing Iran's ass for over 30 years, and it's about time we stopped.

One well-placed aircraft carrier could turn that litter box into a parking lot - who the hell do those evolutionary throw-backs think they are. To hell with them and their kind. It's time the world got on with the business of living. We don't owe them a damn thing  Fact is, they wouldn't even have a functioning water fountain if it hadn't been for the world's earlier investments in their BS country - investments they stole, without so much as a KMA!

To my Iranian friends:  You were smart to get out when you did.

If the U.S. government would spend as much time and effort on defending the decent people of this world as they spend  trying to enslave the American people, there wouldn't be a so-called Iranian threat! Fat chance of that...There's too much money and power to go around for anyone to do the right thing!
