Alleged White House shooter Oscar Ramiro Ortega-Hernandez pleaded not guilty Tuesday to a charge of attempting to assassinate the president and 16 related crimes. ....
 
 
He allegedly fired rifle shots at the White House from about 750 yards away on the night of Nov. 11. Even though President Obama was in San Diego at the time of the incident, Ortega-Hernandez has been charged with attempted assassination. ....
