McDonald’s confirms that it’s no longer using ‘pink slime’ chemical in hamburgers

• The Sideshow

The food industry uses ammonium hydroxide as an anti-microbial agent in meats, which allows McDonald's to use otherwise "inedible meat."

On his show, Oliver said of the meat treatment: "Basically we're taking a product that would be sold in the cheapest form for dogs and making it 'fit' for humans."

If you eat the crap that McDonalds shovels as "food"...I won't tell you what I really believe; it wouldn't matter, anyway. I will say that your kids ought to be treated better! I really do believe that there is a good case to be made for child abuse or endangerment, against any adult who subjects a minor child to the life-threat engendered by the trash that McDonalds (all the others) cram up our society's collective ass!

We should all be ashamed that we put up with this!
