The Washington Republican Party says there have been reports of people in King County receiving robocalls falsely claiming the caucuses have been cancelled.

The party says it's investigating the source. Party spokesman Josh Amato says it's not exactly clear what's going on, but they wanted to make sure people knew it wasn't true.

Republicans gathered in homes, churches and town halls across the state Saturday for Washington's GOP presidential caucuses, the first meaningful party contests in recent memory.
