We'll be posting videos of the process next week. We use 165# card stock (very thick paper) that needs a special press to run when doing volume. You can also print your stock one sheet at a time on a high quality printer and double up on paper (one sheet front and another for the back).

 

Rounding the corners can be done by the printer in bulk or you can purchase a corner rounder at your nearest craft store. The Hole is made with a 3/4" hole punch from the craft store.

Dimes can be purchased at your local Coin Shop or Gold Silver Dealer.
