School tortures autistic boy with electric shocks, staff laughs

An autistic boy was strapped down and tortured with electrical shocks at the Judge Rotenberg School in Massachusetts. As the boy screamed for help, those shocking him laughed, and continued to administer this sick "therapy" thirty one times. The boy was left with brain damage from the torture.
