Two cops in Vallejo, California entered Vietnam veteran Macario
Dagdagan’s home in 2007 investigating an assault that allegedly
occurred earlier in the day. They found Dagdgan in his bed,
sleeping, so they woke him up, Tased him and put him in a
chokehold. City attorneys insist the man “failed to follow even
basic lawful demands” when cops entered into his home without a
warrant and woke him up from what cops say was an intoxicated
state.
