Obama’s ‘kill list’ is unchecked presidential power

• Washington Post
A stunning report in the New York Times depicted President Obama poring over the equivalent of terrorist baseball cards, deciding who on a “kill list” would be targeted for elimination by drone attack. The revelations — as well as those in Daniel Klaidman’s recent book — sparked public outrage and calls for congressional inquiry.

If those weirdoes can argue upside down, why can't I protest that when police or the Government protects me from thugs and muggers, what the Government is doing is UNCOSTITUTIONAL? Why? Because unlike those cuckoos, I don't have to take pills regularly to be able to think straight.  Hard for you to say that -- if you do not live in these people's funky dream world, can you?

Bull's eye, JV! The next thing they will lament is the loss of freedom! Or they will argue while on drugs, that it is unconstitutional to deprive terrorists their right to kill -- anything like that, out of this world. Wait, and watch.

DON’T GET DESTRACTED, MR. PRESIDENT! JUST GO AHEAD – DO YOUR SWORN DUTY.

The Commander-In-Chief should not listen to detractors who talk nonsense through their hat. The President has a constitutional duty and therefore obligated whether he likes it or not to get rid of terrorists and terrorist suspects either by rounding them up one by one or just simply "kill" them to protect national security, or pick them up … take them off the streets for the safety of the American people.

Typical of this STUPID detraction is as follows: "'Those in power who suspend the Constitution, through legislation, fiat, or force forfeit their right to its protections."

Where is the suspension of the Constitution when terrorists in the security "kill list" get the bullets, and terrorist suspects are rounded up before they can kill innocent civilians? On the contrary, through legislation [NDAA] and implementing rules and regulations passed by Congress and issued by the Executive Department [Department of Homeland Security], respectively, the President is REQUIRED to use force [kill them] as well as arrest terrorist suspects and detained them INDEFINITELY [denied them of due process – so the American people had spoken through Congress].

Right now terrorists are on the run, and their backers [underground anti-Government radicals], are CONFUSED. Bewildered, bamboozled and off balance, they say things off their rockers -- like this one who wrote this distraction [unaware of what he is talking about].

As His Imperial Majesty Obama pours over his 'kill list', that includes Americans, anywhere in the world, to be killed without Trial or Warrant or Judicial Review, he should keep in mind the words of Veteratoris -

'Those in power who suspend the Constitution, through legislation, fiat, or force forfeit their right to its protections.'
