You Should Be Worried That The Drug War ISN'T Dominating Mexico's Presidential Campaign

• http://www.businessinsider.com, Adam Taylor
Mexico's drug war is thought to have killed 50,000 people in just six years, yet, surprisingly, the drug war is not dominating the debate in the upcoming July 1 election.

There's perhaps one key reason for that — there's nothing to debate. All of the top three campaigns for the July 1st election campaign are all looking to change the country's tactics — and aim to reduce violence, rather than reduce the drugs trade, the New York Times reports.
