Kaco New Energy's Powador-gridsave with Panasonic Batteries Kaco New Energy has presented its latest energy storage and management system, Powador-gridsave, with batteries supplied by Panasonic.

The compact-size system combines inverter, battery charging unit, storage and an intelligent management system in one case, including all DC- and AC-wiring.

Panasonic’s lithium-ion battery modules have a capacity of 1.35kWh each, and up to five modules can be fitted into the case. With a fully fitted case, Kaco New Energy says the Powador-gridsave can achieve a capacity of 6.75kWh.
