The sugery soda ban in NYC is certainly the nanny state at work but it also is typical Agenda 21 mentality at work: An executive proposes an anti-liberty proposal (for our own good of course) and sends it to an unelected board he appoints! I am sure all the proper "stakeholders" were consulted!
