Obama Justice Department Set to Overrule any State that Legalizes Marijuana

10-29-2012  •

Depending on the outcome of initiatives in three states, a confrontation awaits between the U.S. Department of Justice and advocates for legalizing marijuana.

On November 6, voters in Colorado, Washington and Oregon will decide whether to legalize and tax marijuana sales. If one or more of the measures passes, and President Barack Obama is reelected, expect the Justice Department to take action to stop any state from decriminalizing the popular herb.

In addition to my below comment, if folks in a State want legalized marijuana badly enough, they should get high enough so that they join the State militia to fight the Federal on behalf of their State.

This is kinda good because, the States will need to decide if they are going to enforce against unlawful Fed Gov. We will see how much strength the States are willing to put forth.

Each State could pass an NDAA type law against federal agents inside their State borders. If they wanted to be more blunt about it, they could pass law that their State sheriffs were REQUIRED to arrest Federal agents who went against State law without clear and direct 10th Amendment authorization.

What it amounts to is some activists inside the States getting propositions going to the effect of the above. And when the U.S. military is ordered to step in to fight the States, the States must issue orders to their State National Guard units that are in the U.S. military, to return to their home State to fight the Federal.

Anyway, you get the picture. This just might get our military back from around the world.
