Keene district court judge Edward Burke rules decisively against Cheshire County Sheriff. In late 2011/early 2012 Sheriff Dick Foote issued no-trespass orders to several liberty activists. The orders accused activists of "persistent harassment", despite no one ever being charged with harassment, or anything at all for the courthouse parking lot incidents in question. Now Keene district court judge Edward Burke has issued an order finding the Sheriff's orders to be unconstitutional, and dismissing the trespassing charges against defendants Ian Freeman and Kelly Voluntaryist.
