Great! This is a win-win. The taxpayers save. Bolivia won't be manipulated economically or politically, at least not as easily. I would like to see all bases and embassies closed, all treaties renounced, and all foreign aid stopped. Next, all trade agreements rescinded. All immigrants accepted, no passport needed.
