Lenders seek court actions against homeowners years after foreclosure

• Washington Post
The 42-year-old is among the many homeowners being taken to court by their lenders long after their houses were taken in foreclosure. Lenders are filing new motions in old foreclosure lawsuits and hiring debt collectors to pursue leftover debt, plus court fees, attorneys’ fees and tens of thousands in interest that had been accruing for years.

In many ways, the United Nations say things that seem good and right. In fact, many U.N. resolutions point at ideals that sound beneficial for people, both individual, and collectively.

Foreclosing on world Governments sounds very interesting. But - and a BIG BUT - how does anyone know that OPPT is any different than the U.N. regarding whether or not they are telling the TRUTH, especially if the things they are attempting to do work out? Maybe it is NOT freedom from world governments. Maybe it is simply a new master that has taken over everything.

The U.N. sounds good on the outside. Yet many of the things that they do behind the scenes are dangerous. In the U.S., consider Agenda 21, the herding of people into the cities and off the land, just so the people can be forced to work for them. Lands are closed to the people as it is. Consider the forest and wilderness lands that are locked up by big Government. Only a small fraction of the people ever get to visit or use those lands. The people are essentially "forbidden" by their own poverty - and by Government - from exercising freedom principles on those lands.

So, here we have a new "king" over it all - the OPPT. And the trustees are the controllers.

Believe the OPPT is good when you finally see the literal dismantling of the Governments... at least back to their free forms, with freedom for the people. Believe it (after the dismantling) when you see the OPPT openly publish that they are disolving the trust because the beneficiaries - THE PEOPLE - have ALL received their full rights returned to them, and THE ONLY THING THAT CAN CAUSE INDEBTEDNESS is when people harm other people or damage their property - in other words, NO GOVERNMENT LAWS.

If the OPPT does NOT dismantle everything including themselves, they are simply another government attempting to take over the world just like all the rest of them. Do you see them talking about their own future, final dismantling, yet? When are they going to start explaining THIS process? Can you really believe that they are truly out to free the people?

they are done

Excerpt: Many of you have heard… many have not. Announced publicly on 25 December 2012, the system of Corporate-Governmental rule has been…foreclosed.  Legally foreclosed… via one of its own mechanisms. The “Powers That Be” are now the “Powers That Were”. All debt has been erased and corporations – including but not limited to Corporate Governments and Banks – have been foreclosed.

Sure, they may continue to play along in hopes we will play along with them. But thanks to a series of UCC (Uniform Commercial Code) filings made by the One People’s Public Trust (known as OPPT) the choice is now yours to make. A new framework for social governance is now in effect; a fact that has been ratified by the ‘legal’ framework of its corporate-controlled predecessor.
