Texas campus cop empties gun on unarmed student: ‘Oh, you’re gonna shoot me?’

And now the cop is on paid vacation getting his story straight. Furtive move. Threatening manner. Taunting my authority. Refusing to obey. Had something in his hands. Saw a flash. Emptied my gun because he refused to go down.
