Detroit based Berry Flowers has resumed plans to deliver flowers by drone after a federal judge ruled that Federal Aviation Administration rules do not apply to unmanned aircraft flying below 400 feet. Berry had posted a YouTube video of a delivery test in early February before being contacted by the FAA. With the latest ruling the flower business is now set to begin testing their delivery service. The company stated, “We still want to be good citizens. We have to do some more testing on it and develop it into a more seamless and available product.”
