When does safety in schools and on private property go too far? A 10-year-old boy in Columbus, Ohio was suspended for three days, after used his fingers as a toy gun. He then held his finger up to a classmate's head and said "boom." Officials from Devonshire Alternative Elementary School say they have a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to weapons, whether real or fake. Many people, tired of increasing utility costs, are starting new lives, in homes where they can live, generating their own electricity through solar cells. This has generated a counter-move now underway to force people who want to live "off the grid" to plug in to utilities. Officials in Cape Coral, Florida are trying to make one woman there return to living on the grid. Robin Speronis is fighting orders from the city to connect her home to electrical and water systems. A connection brought sewer service to the homeowner, but was cut off by the city.
