Attorney Marc J. Victor to File Lawsuit Against VA

My law firm is representing Sonja Nicastro, who is the widow of veteran Ralph Nicastro who died from cancer after being denied treatment from the Phoenix VA. There are 40 people who died possibly from denial of treatment by the Phoenix VA. This is going to be a National case and I will be on the National News tomorrow morning on Fox and Friends at 6 am Arizona time discussing the class action lawsuit we will be filing. I expect to have many others join in this lawsuit as well. Tune in tomorrow morning at 6 am Arizona time for more.
