Activist Post reports that although it's not without regulation, the initiative called "cottage food laws," allows farmer's markets to act as a delivery hub. Even though farmers can't sell their own milk, a person who made a purchase through the farmer at the farm or visited the farm at least once, will now be able to resale raw milk at farmer's markets. The change is expected to help locally produced foods become more accessible to communities.
